Samantha Danilewitz, LMSW
Staff Therapist
I work with individuals who are navigating difficult periods or situations in their lives that can give rise to anxiety, depression, or relationship challenges. Many of the people I see feel stuck in recurring emotional patterns or disconnected from themselves, unsure how to move forward. My role is to help you slow the process down, understand what is happening beneath the surface, and ultimately create meaningful and lasting change.
My work is always tailored to my clients’ individual needs and goals. We co-create the process together to ensure that we are effectively addressing what matters most to you. We’ll understand the way you think and feel about important experiences, about yourself, and about others. At the same time, we might develop practical strategies that help you feel more steady, capable, and grounded in everyday life. We may also work together to develop solutions or approaches to ongoing problems as they come up.
I take a comprehensive view of emotional health, recognizing how closely connected our thoughts, relationships, bodies, and sense of meaning truly are. We will approach your concerns with care and curiosity, creating room for honest reflection while also keeping a clear focus on growth and forward movement.
Clients often describe our work as both comforting and purposeful. We make space for vulnerability while also staying engaged in the meaningful work of change. I bring warmth, steadiness, and directness to sessions, creating an environment where you can feel supported while also challenged in ways that help you grow.
I remain fully committed to ongoing learning and to providing therapy that is both compassionate and effective. If you feel ready to engage in thoughtful, meaningful work, please reach out to set up a few 10-minute phone consultation. I’ll be happy to speak with you.
