Natalie is a dedicated and compassionate therapist committed to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges while enhancing their emotional and overall well-being. She takes a flexible, integrative approach, tailoring therapy to each client’s unique needs. With a deep commitment to creating a safe, nonjudgmental space, Natalie supports clients in exploring their emotions, building resilience, and working toward personal growth and healing.

She works with clients facing a wide range of difficulties, including anxiety, depression, family-related concerns, relationship and intimacy challenges, institutional trauma, and problems related to major life transitions. Natalie incorporates various therapeutic modalities into her practice, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Sensate Focus, and the Gottman Method for survivors of gender-based violence, as well as evidence-based psychodynamic therapy. She has a particular passion for working with individuals affected by trauma and complex trauma.

Natalie earned her Master of Science in Clinical Social Work from Columbia University. She welcomes individuals from all backgrounds and is dedicated to empowering clients on their path to wellness.
