As a clinician, I am committed to empowering individuals to embrace their authentic selves, even in the face of life’s uncertainties. My goal is to provide a safe and supportive environment where we can collaboratively explore the root causes of challenges, fostering healing and personal growth. Together, we will navigate moments of both joy and difficulty, honoring your resilience and innate strengths as we work toward overcoming life’s obstacles. By recognizing and building upon your unique qualities, we can cultivate a lasting sense of inner peace and wellbeing.
My approach is grounded in a somatic perspective, emphasizing the mind-body connection as a cornerstone of holistic health. I also work through an anti-oppressive, trauma-informed lens, recognizing that individual experiences are deeply influenced by the broader systems, structures, and histories we navigate.
In my work, I have the privilege of supporting clients through a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. My therapeutic style integrates evidence-based approaches such as CBT and DBT with psychodynamic, experiential, and creative arts techniques, ensuring each session is tailored to your unique needs and goals.
I hold a Master of Social Work degree from New York University and am licensed as an LMSW in New York State. Before joining Soho Psychology, I gained valuable experience working with children and adults in mental health clinic settings, developing individualized care plans for clients from diverse backgrounds.
