Kimberly Kaloroumakis, MS
Staff Therapist, MHC-LP
Beginning therapy represents a meaningful and courageous step toward navigating life’s challenges and cultivating emotional well-being. Whether you’re facing relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, questions of identity, or life transitions related to education, career, or loss — you don’t have to face it alone. I offer a space grounded in empathy and collaboration.
My approach is integrative, client-centered, and strengths-based, drawing from evidence-based modalities and tailored to each individual’s unique experiences and goals. Sessions are thoughtfully structured to meet your evolving needs, fostering a supportive and reflective environment where you can explore challenges, enhance self-awareness, and move forward with clarity and intention. I specialize in supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, low self-esteem, and the search for meaning and purpose.
My practice incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Strengths-Based Therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions. I am committed to fostering a therapeutic alliance that is safe, affirming, and attuned to your individual story—whether you are beginning therapy for the first time or continuing a journey of personal growth. Together, we will work to cultivate resilience, deepen insight, and help you move toward a more purposeful, balanced, and fulfilling life.
My background includes an Advanced Certificate in Mental Health Counseling and a Master of Science in School Counseling from the New York Institute of Technology. I currently serve as the Upstate Regional Chair on the Executive Board for the American Counseling Association of New York, where I advocate for mental health counselors and contribute to the advancement of the profession across the state.
