I believe therapy should be a space where you feel understood, supported, and able to explore whatever brings you in. My goal is to balance emotional understanding with practical change, because I believe both are essential to meaningful progress. Every person brings a unique story, strengths, and challenges, and I tailor therapy to meet you where you are.

Therapy can look different from one session to the next. Some sessions are more structured and focused on building practical skills, while others center on processing emotions, understanding patterns, and making sense of your experiences. My hope is that you'll leave therapy not only feeling heard, but also feeling more confident in your ability to navigate whatever life brings next.

I primarily draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), within person-centered and feminist frameworks. I work with adults navigating life transitions, anxiety (including social anxiety), depression, OCD, ADHD, trauma, and relationship challenges.

I earned my MA in Counseling for Mental Health & Wellness from New York University, and completed my clinical training at the NYU Center for Counseling and Community Wellbeing. I have experience across inpatient, outpatient, community mental health, addiction, and crisis settings. I provide therapy both online and in-person, in both English and Greek and welcome clients from diverse cultural backgrounds. If you are considering reaching out, I would be happy to schedule a free 10-minute phone consultation to help get us started.
